I was overwhelmed and chuffed to bits to be given this lovely award for Individual Fundraiser of the Year by Carole and Rob of Anna’s Hope.
We were at a ‘pre-race pasta party’ the night before the Perkins Great Eastern Half Marathon when they chose to make the announcement. I’m very proud and incredibly grateful for all the support I’ve had which resulted in raising more than £18,000 for Anna’s Hope and I look forward to doing a whole lot more for them as I take on new feats each year.
